THE PROBLEM
& THE PROMISE

I'm inviting a select group of women to experience TEMPLE — where I walk with you through how to honor your hormones by training and eating in alignment with your biological architecture.

This is the foundational framework God gave me in response to an industry that has systemically ignored female design.

I've been a personal trainer and coach for 17 years — 15 of them spent in the gym with real people, 5–6 days a week.

In my long and successful career — co-founding a training facility, competing in NPC bodybuilding shows — I watched day after day as women desperately obeyed programs built for men.

I recognized the problem before I had any idea how I was going to be part of the solution. For many years I did the best I could as a young coach. But it felt like whack-a-mole against the mainstream lies keeping women addicted to the cycle of struggle.
